“Linkyweb.com” wants you to be Thrilled with your New Purchase. However if you are not 100% Satisfied with your purchase, you can Return the Item and get FULL REFUND. You can Return Items for up to 30 Days from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with original invoice.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or WhatsApp to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account after you provide us NEFT details or we will provide you BBB Store Credit Vouchers which you can redeem on your next purchase. The decision on method of refund will be solely at our discretion after discussion with the customer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you don’t received a refund, first check your account at our store for “Store Credit” or your ” Discount Voucher” of equivalent amount. In case of transfer to your Bank, please recheck your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Return Shipping (if applicable)
To return your product, you should send your product to address given by us at 3-5-124, Ramkote, Hyderabad, Telangana 500001. The Return Shipping Charges will be reimbursed or converted to Store Credit. In case we receive damaged product in return, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping a fragile or expensive item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Goods need to be properly packed for shipping back. It’s advisable to take a picture of product before shipping it back. Damages due to reverse shipping will have to be borne by you, so the packing needs to be proper and damage-proof.
