Refund
After quality checks, your money will be refunded on the same day SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED(product amount will be refunded). But your money may take 7-10 working days to show in your account due to the usual banking procedures.
Replacement
If broken or Fixing problem
You must take video while opening package, and while fixing the product showing the problem, if video is not taken, we cannot refund or return the amount.
After sending the video, our team will check the video and send replacement.
